AI Readiness Benchmarks
When you save a canvas that includes an AI Readiness assessment and sector, the service creates a limited record for cross-canvas benchmarking. The record contains the sector, optional project type, overall and dimension readiness scores, limited outcome metadata, and a timestamp. It does not contain your user ID, company name, or free-text canvas content.
We use these records to provide directional comparisons with similar initiatives. Cohort averages and percentiles are shown only after a minimum same-sector sample is available.
AI Providers and Connected Sources
Content you submit may be processed by configured AI providers to generate requested assistance and artifacts. If you add a supported external source, such as a publicly shared Google Drive link, the service may fetch its metadata and supported content so you can review it. A raw source does not ground Agentic Brain answers until you approve its reviewed summary and facts as attached memory.
International Transfers
Your data may be stored or processed in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions. We ensure adequate protections are in place when transferring data internationally.
